The land plot with the code 02-041-0105-0186, located within the administrative territory of the Yeghnik settlement of the Talin community, with an area of 0.44107 hectares, designated for agricultural use and operationally as pastureland, is provided for targeted use. The land plot subject to the tender is provided for a term of 10 years, with a starting price of 5,300 AMD per year. The tender deposit is calculated as 5% of the starting price, amounting to 265 AMD, and the bidding increment is also calculated as 5% of the starting price, amounting to 265 AMD. The tender deposit must be paid on the day of the tender, at least 30 minutes before the start of the tender. There is a road near the land plot, and the land plot is included in the list of restrictions under Article 60 of the RA Land Code. Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit an application by separate lots, a receipt for the participation fee (set at 5000 AMD), and an ID. Applications are accepted Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00. Applications for participation in the tender will not be accepted if the applicant is not a subject of ownership rights of the land plot as defined by the RA Land Code. The bidder may increase the price by no less than the bidding increment. If a participant does not win, the deposit is immediately refunded; if they win, the deposit amount is included in the rent. Acceptance of applications and registration of participants ends 3 working days before the tender date. The tender is held openly, attended by commission members, registered persons, and persons not considered participants in the tender (as observers). Persons not considered participants in the tender must submit a receipt for the entrance fee (5000 AMD) and an ID separately for each lot to attend the tender. Entry to the hall is prohibited once the tender starts. The tender begins if there is one or more bidders. The winner of the tender is the participant who offers the highest price. The winner must pay the full price formed as a result of the bidding within 10 days, after which a lease agreement is concluded between the parties within 2 days, subject to notarization and state registration.
