Republic of Armenia, Yerevan city, Kentron district, Charents street, property located at number 155 /residential house with a total area of 122.05 sq.m., residential development land plot with a total area of 0.01556 ha, real estate ownership registration certificate number 2742847, issued on 24.03.2010/ - the starting price is 18,679,900 (eighteen million six hundred seventy-nine thousand nine hundred) Armenian drams. The buyer will cover the expenses related to the registration and formalization of the property, as well as the eviction of the residents. The property auction will be held in accordance with the RA Minister of Justice's order No. 116-N dated 16.03.2020 "On the procedure for the public auction sale of property belonging to the debtor." Persons wishing to participate in the auction may submit an application to participate in the auction (hereinafter referred to as the application) within the period specified in the auction announcement, but no later than five working days before the auction date, until and including 27.11.2026, at the office of the RA Bankruptcy Court located at RA, Yerevan city, Otyan 53/2 address, for the purpose of forwarding (providing) the application to the manager through the office.
